A native of New Jersey, Kevin worked in the newspaper publishing business for 15 years.  His interest in computers lead him back to night school in 1989.  Kevin left the newspaper business in 1990 and became a programmer/analyst, first for The Prudential Insurance Company of America and later for Chubb and Sons Insurance in 1996.  In addition to his regular employment, Kevin also was the owner/instructor of Cloud Street Soaring, Inc., from 1992 until 1997, where he gave rides and flight instruction in sailplanes and flew in several air shows each summer. 

While working at Chubb and Sons, Kevin met a woman from South Carolina who was there to install a computer system that the company had purchased from Policy Management Systems Corp. of Blythewood, SC.  One thing lead to another and that woman is now his wonderful wife, Melissa.  They reside in the Lake Murray area of Lexington County.

Kevin's interest in real estate united him with Russell and Jeffcoat Realtors, Inc. A short time later, Melissa joined Kevin at Russell and Jeffcoat to form The Cullis Team. Kevin was approached by Keller Williams Realty and offered a chance to work with one of the fastest growing and most dynamic real estate companies anywhere.
Kevin and Melissa have become part owners in the new Keller Williams franchise in Columbia, and they couldn't be more excited about the opportunity.
